Warranty period 2 years : Batteries, parts and labour

Under the terms of the warranty, Evo-Spirit will cover the cost of replacing parts and the cost of labour. However, the warranty only covers defects related to a manufacturing problem and under no circumstances to misuse.

The following is a non-exhaustive list of problems not covered by the warranty :

  • Breakage of the drive belt : This is a wearing part and should be replaced regularly.
  • Wear of wheel rubber or tyres : These are wearing parts and should be replaced regularly.
  • Breakage of the chainring : A jump a little high, a rider a little heavy and a bad landing and snap... the chainring is broken. This is a case of extreme use, which is not guaranteed, as the chainrings are tested to be very resistant, but not unbreakable..
  • Breakage of the remote control : If you fall, the remote control will be thrown against the floor and the plastic shell will break... Although this can happen, it is not covered by the warranty.
  • Decreasing battery life : You use your skateboard daily, charging it 1 or 2 times a day, and before the end of the warranty period your battery life decreases. It's simply that you've reached a high number of charge/discharge cycles, and your battery has lost some of its autonomy - nothing to worry about. However, if the autonomy drops by more than 30%, we will consider partial warranty cover.
